   Children’s film festival will start on Saturday the 14th November 2009 in Kollam of Kerala

This festival is to be inaugurated by Child artiste Mani who won the State award for the best child actor in 2006

Mani, a tribal, won the award for his role in the Mohanlal stared Malayalam movie "Photographer"
