7 NEVER DOs immediately after a meal

Do not smoke immediately after a meal.
Experiments have proven that smoking a cigarette after meal has higher chances of developing lung cancer.

Do not eat fruits immediately after a meal.
Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. It is advisable to eat fruits 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

Do not drink tea immediately after a meal.
it seems that tea leaves contain a high content of acid that causes the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened making it difficult to digest.

Do not loosen your belt immediately after a meal.
This will cause the intestine to get twisted and might block the food from going further in...

Do not bathe immediately after a meal.
Bathing after meal will cause to reduce the amount of blood circulation around the stomach. (blood flows faster to other part like legs and hands)  This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

Do not walk about  immediately after a meal.
Walking will make the digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

Do not sleep  immediately after a meal.
The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.
