Two fraud & Criminal persons in same name - Santosh Madhavan.

      First Santosh Madhavan, who is a brother of Trikesh Kumar Madhvan, wanted by Mumbai Police for the criminal case registered against him in J.J.Marg Police Station, Mumbai in 1993, on the charges of possession of sophisticated weapons and smuggling of illegal weapons, U/s 3(3),(5) and 5 of TADA , r/w 3,25 (a) Arms Act. On 25th Sept. 1993, Mumbai Police arrested an accused for illegally possessing a sophisticated loaded pistol. During investigation, some more accused including Trikesh Kumar Madhvan, brother of Santosh Madhavan, were arrested and more arms and ammunitions were recovered at their instance. Trikesh disclosed the name of Santosh Madhavan as one of the main conspirator along with other wanted accused. Santosh Madhavan along with his accomplices hatched criminal conspiracy to commit terrorist act with the use of sophisticated fire arms with the intention to adversely affect communal harmony. A red corner notice was got issued against him in accordance with CBI’s request to Interpol and he was arrested at Abu Dhabi (Press release issued by CBI in internet at www.cbi.gov.in/pressreleases/PRelease2004/p2jan4.htm ).

      Second Santosh Madhavan known as Swami Amritachaitanya & Ali Kanu Saifudeen cheated a woman in Dubai and Interpol issued a red corner notice against them in accordance with Dubai police’s request (http://www.interpol.int/Public/Data/Wanted/Notices/Data/2004/68/2004_1568.asp ).

      Due to CBI’s irresponsibly and ignorance or political and financial influence, CBI used First Santosh Madhavan’s (brother of Trikesh Kumar Madhvan) photo and date of birth for Second Santosh Madhavan (Swami Amritachaitanya) in CBI’s Interpol wanted list. This shows how CBI is foolish and handling Interpol alerts and notices. For hiding CBI’s faults and irresponsibility, they mislead even Interpol. As a result Second Santosh Madhavan (Swami Amritachaitanya) who is a big fraud and criminal escaped from Interpol wanted list.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: May 13: Swami Amrutha Chaitanya alias Santosh Madhavan, a self-styled godman alleged to have links with mob b-osses in Dubai, politicians and top-cops in Kerala, and on the Interpol’s Red Notice since 2004 was arrested near Kochi this mo-rning.

Madhavan had applied for anticipatory bail yesterday. His counsel appealed that the arrest was illegal as it was made while the bail plea was pending. The HC, however, denied him bail. Madhavan is in police custody and will be produ-ced before the magistrate concerned tomorrow.

Two cases have been filed against him, one under Section 420 of the IPC for cheating a Dubai-based Malayalee woman out of AED 4,000,00 in 2002, and another under the Wildlife Protection Act for possessing a tiger skin. “Madhavan has confirmed to taking a portion of the money during interrogation,” a police source said.

Sources today said that Madhavan had revealed that the uniform belonged to a CI employed at Kochi police control room. “He said that the police officer Ashok had visited his house while it was raining and the godman offered him a change of clothes. That officer, however, died so-metime back after falling down stairs in his house,” he said.

In another development, Interpol, after removing the godman’s picture from its website on Friday due to confusion over a second Santosh Madhavan on the CBI’s website, wanted in connection with the 1993 Mumbai bomb blast case, today faxed Kochi police saying the man appearing on the Interpol’s Red Notice need not be arrested if he is wanted in the UAE alone.

The fax from the Assistant director (Interpol) New Delhi mentioned that if Santosh Madhavan was indeed the man wanted by the CBI then he could be arrested and handed over to the Mumbai police.

Kochi city police commissioner Mr Manoj Abraham however said Mr Ma-dhavan’s arrest in Kerala has nothing to do with the UAE unit of the Interpol. "The man had shady dealings in Kerala. Also, a 15-year-old girl today complained that he raped her and seven other minors and made adult films, he was the girls’ financial sponsor,” Mr Abraham said.
The police also revealed that the godman made most of his money via real estate dealings.

BJP Yuva Morcha president, Mr K Surendran, had accused the home minister’s son Mr Bineesh Kodiyeri of having entered into land deals with Madhavan, Mr Kodiyeri, a resident of Dubai, said that he is being falsely accused and will take the matter to court if need be.

In the meantime, Alappuzha DSP Mr Sam Christy Daniel who has been linked with the godman, has been suspended at the directive of the Kerala home minister Mr Kodiyeri Balakrishnan. 

This Santhosh Madhavan is a Fraud who disguised as a ‘SWAMI’ and will Home Minister dare to say the same about a ‘MAULAVI’ or ‘BISHOP’ if some criminal disguised as them?

2) There are many ‘SHABBY’ characters like Filal Mohammed who financed Maradu attack, Savy Mano Mathew –The right hand of Home Minister’s son, Pharis Mohammed – The sponsor of CPI (M) and the list is endless- We never saw this much Media Activism in any of these cases- Is this enthusiasm only because it provide a chance to tarnish Hindu Spiritual Leaders by taking this as a excuse?

3) No Hindu will justify the acts of Santhosh Madhavan and nor will challenge the raids at Santhitheerom Ashram as all fraudsters should be bought in front of law. But Criminals should not be classified as ‘COMMUNAL ‘Criminals and ‘SECULAR’ Criminals. We witnessed the true colour of our so called SECULAR leaders when frauds at ‘MURINGOOR’ are exposed.

4)Pseudo Secular Media leaded by Malayala Manorama dedicates the major share of Print and Electronic Edition to tarnish this SWAMI- was mum in case of Muringoor- Even after Special Investigation Team’ FIR about nearly 1000 thousand unnatural deaths- No Media Activism were witnessed then!

5) People seem to have forgotten the Chekkanur Moulavi case, the Abhaya Murder case, the Muringoor case and many many more like this. And at the drop of a hat have gone ahead and tarnished the man who might or might not be straight. If the journalistic ethics and investigative spirit is so high in our country, kindly tell us what ahppened in the case of the Abhaya case and what happened to the shady deals of Faris and Savo Mano mathew?

Home minister’s son partner of Santhosh Madhavan

Kochi : Sathosh Madhavan’s close links with Home Minister’s Kodiyeri Balakrishnan’s son in his real estate dealings throw more light to the unholy dealings of this Minister’s son.

Minister’s son is a partner of Santhosh Madhavan and is behind the Real Estate transactions of acres of land in Vaikom , Kadathuruthi area.

Communist party which speaks aloud on matters like Paddy Field protection is closing their eyes when Home Minister’s son itself is heading the real estate mafia and converting acres of Paddy field. In Vaikom , Kallara area more than 150 acres of paddy field was bought by Santhosh Madhavan and Minister’s son.

Santhosh Madhavan was one of the VVIP who attended the controversial Marriage party of Home Minister’s son. Yuvamorcha leader Surendran demanded probe to expose the association of Santhosh Madhavan and Minister’s son.

DYFI which came out demanding actions against genuine Spiritual leaders should first look into the underworld and real estate mafia connections of their own leaders and their sons.

In an interview given to a TV Channel Santhosh Madhavan itself told that he is not a Swami and Shanthitheerom is not a Ashram, But still the vested interests are using this opportunity to tarnish Hindu Spiritual leaders as a whole. Hindu Society should come out to make it clear that any such attempts to tarnish Hinduism or Hindu Spiritual leaders pointing at one Santhosh Madhavan will not be entertained and such tendencies should be nipped in the bud

Its really funny man..if someone has commited any crime..its very simple..prove it fast and punish him/her immediately..the punishment should be severe like in saudi..only then the crimes will become less..funny are these people of kerala who try to get a political and religious dimension to the criminal acts of individuals..if achumaman knows who is behind the killinur case he should tell it in the open without fear of losing his position..after all there is no point in he continuing like this..why so called leader and the associated police still go scot free after numerous accidents due to speed of his car..and also having a hand in killing a college student and bringing a family to ruins..why the ice-cream parlour culprits are still not punished severely..why people of kerala are silent about this and don’t go for strike to bring the criminals out in the open?are none of the parties paying them to go out on strike?its funny most of the successful people of kerala are those who leave outside kerala or have returned back after a stint outside kerala..it sucks when people who did not even pass 10th standard are ruling the states and heading the parties and there is no retirement for these people..they should serve only for a mimimum period actually after which they should retire..it sucks when kerala one of the most fertile land in India..and most literate in india does not have any flourishing industries..only because people afraid to invest in kerala fearing the strong unions and strikes..well kerala is 100 percent literate..but the quality of literature is definitely poor..compared to states like andhra , tamil nadu,karnataka..what is the use if people know to read and write but don’t know to think constructively..why don’t the people of kerala end the reaign of old leaders and select leaders based on good qualification and capability rather than on party affiliations..there are so many people graduation from political science and other disciplines..why don’t they get a chance to rule..if these old people continue to rule..there will be just recycling of the old ideas and old problems and simply wasting time by fixing dates for charchas(meetings) and then postpone it or simply wasting time in charchas without any concrete decision being taken….bring in new people capable of constructively taking kerala to prosperity..new people with new ideas..if such people are not available..just don’t vote..let the state come under president rule and prosper !! Well i will not be surprised if somebody tries to interpret my comments in a politically polarised manner..kerala..sucks man..
