The Daksha Sheth Dance Company is a company of performing artists from diverse backgrounds who seek to bridge contemporary dance and traditional movement arts.

 The company is considered to be the most radical and visionary contemporary dance company in India.

Artists of the company received initial training in Indian classical dance, predominantly Bharat Natyam.

After joining The Daksha Sheth Dance Company, they have undertaken additional comprehensive training in Yoga, Kalaripayattu, Mallakhamb and gymnastics, as well as in a diverse range of musical instruments.
